Ding entered internet business at 19 through Kuaishou e-commerce and live commerce. His focus gradually moved from selling products to understanding traffic, conversion, growth and the systems behind scalable digital businesses.
Operations and global perspective
His later work covered performance marketing, digital trade and enterprise digital marketing. He served as a project team lead in the operations department at Xinshijie, before extending his work and observation to Dubai and other Asian markets.

Today, Ding focuses on solo entrepreneurship in Web3 finance. Over the next three to five years, he plans to explore how AI, agents, automation and software can expand the productive capacity of an individual entrepreneur.
